1. Overview

By accessing lamond.xyz or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "Lamond," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Lamond LLC [jurisdiction TBD] operating at lamond.xyz.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices shown at checkout are final for that transaction.

Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Stone specifications (carat, cut, clarity, colour) are stated per product and independently verified by IGI.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order, including for stock errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We accept major credit cards and any payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Lab-grown diamond disclosure

All diamonds sold by Lamond are laboratory-grown. They share the same chemical composition (carbon, cubic crystal structure) and physical properties as mined diamonds and are graded using the same standards. Each stone is independently certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). "Lab-grown," "lab-created," and "cultured" are used interchangeably and refer to the same product type.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Lamond. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamond is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the relevant order. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law, including EU and UK consumer rights legislation.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you retain all rights granted to you under relevant consumer protection legislation, which cannot be waived by contract.

8. Governing law
