Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves us.

Tracking
All orders ship with end-to-end tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. We ship high-value orders with carrier insurance coverage where available.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@lamond.xyz. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier (typically after 15 business days of no tracking movement), we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
