We do not sell your data
Lamond does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. This applies to all users regardless of location.
Data we collect and why

California residents (CCPA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Delete your personal information (subject to certain legal exceptions)
- Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell data
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights

EU and UK residents (GDPR)
Under GDPR, our legal basis for processing your data is:
- Contract performance — processing your order
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, site analytics
- Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies (you can withdraw consent at any time)
- Legal obligation — financial record keeping
GDPR rights include: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, email hello@lamond.xyz with the subject line "GDPR Request." We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary — cart, session, security (cannot be disabled)
- Analytics — understand how the site is used (requires consent)
- Marketing — ad personalisation and retargeting (requires consent)

Data transfers
If you are located in the EU or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We select processors that maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required under GDPR.
