How to return
- Email hello@lamond.xyz within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label — typically within 1–2 business days
- Package the item securely in its original box (or equivalent protective packaging) and ship it within 7 days of receiving the label
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days
What qualifies
Items are eligible for a full refund if they are:
- Unworn or worn only to try on, with no visible wear, scratches, or damage
- Free from perfume, lotions, or residue
- Returned with the original IGI certificate and packaging
What doesn't qualify
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration beyond try-on use
- Custom or engraved pieces
- Items returned without prior approval
- Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. Depending on your bank, it may take additional days to appear in your account.
We do not charge a restocking or return processing fee.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or piece, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong piece, email us at hello@lamond.xyz with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will assess and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or full refund.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. EU and UK consumers retain the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of delivery under applicable distance selling regulations, regardless of item condition, unless the item is a custom or personalised product.
